This activity calls for team spirit and creativity. The participants are divided into small groups and each group is given the task to build the highest possible tower from bamboo sticks and rubber bands. Which team will be first to reach the highest building? Which group will build the most solid tower and which team will be organised the best? Spatial awareness, imagination and planning, collaboration skills and leadership are the most important aspects in this task. An exercise that focuses on group dynamics and stimulates the strength within a team.
